Get homeowner requests

Sheetnewly Pest Control is a referral service. It sends homeowner requests to independent providers. If you run a pest control or wildlife removal business, you may be a fit for the network.

This is not a job posting. There are no employee roles here. It is a way to receive calls and requests from homeowners in Fairfax and the Fairfax area.

Who we are looking for

Independent businesses and sole operators that work in:

• General pest control, including ants, spiders, roaches, crickets and bed bug treatment
• Termite inspection and treatment
• Rodent and wildlife removal

You should serve homes in or near our region. Many local houses are colonial or split-level, with basements. Older areas have rowhouses. Experience with those layouts helps.

What we expect

Homeowners are busy. Providers in the network should:

• Hold the licenses, permits and insurance your work requires in your state
• Explain findings and plans in plain words
• Give a written quote before starting
• Plan visits around the family's schedule
• Respond to requests promptly, within the limits of your own availability
• Make no promises you cannot keep about results or insurance coverage
• Treat the home with care

Repeat complaints or unclear pricing can end a provider's place in the network.

How to apply

Send a short email to contact@sheetnewly.garden. Include:

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The services you offer
• Your license and insurance details
• A phone number and the easiest way to reach you

We review each note and reply if there is a fit. Sending an email does not secure a place in the network.

How it pays

Providers may pay a referral fee for qualified homeowner requests. Details are shared before you join, so you can decide if it makes sense for your business.
